My eBeam Marker Sleeve has stopped working

Firstly, check that you have 2 x CR2032 batteries in the marker sleeve, in the correct way, and they they charged. If have changed the batteries, when you put the marker sleeve to your ear and press the pen tip, you should hear a buzzing sound. If you do not, then the marker is faulty. If you have purchased your product within the last 24 months, you need to get in touch with the reseller from whom you bought your eBeam. They will be able to organise a replacement for you through our warranty procedure.
