How do I troubleshoot my eBeam Projection System?

If your eBeam system is not working, please fillow these few simple steps before contacting us with your problem Does the Projection Stylus (shown below) make a 'buzzing' sound if you press the white nib? If it does not, please replace the AA battery and try this step again. If after changing the battery there is still no buzzing sound, then please contact us. Is there a light glowing on the reciever? If you have the USB version of eBeam, the eBeam logo on the grey reciever should be glowing green. If you are using a bluetooth version, it should be blue. If it is not, please check that you have a) with the USB model it is connected it to your PC via the USB port and b) with the Bluetooth model, you have the receiver connected via the USB cable into the black power adaptor (shown below) and plugged it into the mains. If the green light is on and you cannot get the reciever to work, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware If the blue light is showing, then you should consult the "Bluetooth How To" to pair your device correctly.
