If your eBeam system is not working, please fillow these few simple steps before contacting us with your problem

Does the Projection Stylus (shown below) make a 'buzzing' sound if you press the white nib? If it does not, please replace the AA battery and try this step again. If after changing the battery there is still no buzzing sound, then please contact us.

Is there a light glowing on the reciever? the eBeam logo on the grey reciever in the metal housing at the top left hand edge of the board should be glowing green. In order for the light to be green the board needs to be plugged into your USB port on your PC. If the green light is on and you cannot get the reciever to work, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware
